D3 D3 Project

Terms of Service

By creating an account or using D3 Project, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

D3 Project is a planning tool that helps you break a project down into phases and tasks. We aim to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we recommend exporting your data periodically (see the Export feature in the app) as a personal backup.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away at support@d3project.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use D3 Project to do anything illegal, to abuse or disrupt the service (including scraping, excessive automated requests, or attempting to bypass authentication), or to interfere with other users.

Your content

You own the plan data you create in the app. You're granting us only the permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you in order to provide the service — nothing more.

Termination

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

D3 Project is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While we take reasonable care with your data, we can't guarantee it will never be lost, delayed, or interrupted, and we recommend keeping your own exported copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3 Project isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country] — update this before launch.
