This policy explains what information D3 Project ("we", "us") collects when you use this app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address, and a password if you sign up that way (we never see or store your password directly; Supabase, our authentication provider, handles that). If you sign in with Google instead, we receive your Google account's email and basic profile info.
- Your plan data — whatever you enter into the app: project/company name, phases, tasks, ideas, and similar planning content. This is the core of what the app stores on your behalf.
- Basic usage data — if analytics are enabled, general usage patterns (pages visited, features used) via Google Analytics.
How we use it
To provide the app itself — storing and syncing your plans across devices, authenticating you, and letting you pick up where you left off. Usage data (when enabled) helps us understand which parts of the app are actually useful. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and hosting provider for your account and plan data.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Sentry — error monitoring, if enabled, to help us catch and fix bugs. It may capture technical details about an error (like what page you were on) but is not used to track your activity.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics, if enabled. This may set cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors.
We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated plan data at any time from within the app (Sign in → Delete account), which removes your plan data immediately.
Your choices
- Export your plan data at any time as a JSON file from within the app.
- Delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
- Contact us at support@d3project.app for any other request, including questions about what data we hold about you.
Children
D3 Project isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
